What does a NetSuite consultant do after go-live?

After go-live, a NetSuite consultant stabilizes the system and makes it work the way your business runs: fixing gaps from the implementation, supporting your first month-end closes, improving saved searches, reports and dashboards, automating manual steps with workflows and scripts, managing roles and permissions, and testing each new NetSuite release. SES does the same for Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Can you support a NetSuite or Dynamics 365 system you didn't implement?

Yes. Much of our work is on systems implemented by someone else. We usually start with an ERP health check to understand your configuration, data and pain points, then agree a prioritized plan.

Do you offer a part-time (fractional) NetSuite administrator?
